24-Hour Worship Participant at the World Prayer Center
Ministry Description
Responsible To: 24-Hour Worship Coordinator, and Worship Pastor, Ross Parsley
Audition: Pick up an application at the World Prayer Center. Then, set up an audition time with the 24-Hour Worship Coordinator, or if you are a member of New Life Church, attend the scheduled audition night for the vocal and instrumental audition.
Responsibilities:
»Scheduled 24-Hour worship slots
Regular time slot. 24-Hour worship participants will be responsible for and commit to a time slot, helping to lead worship at the World Prayer Center.
»Rehearsals
As scheduled by the team leader. Rehearsals include times of worship, music rehearsal, sharing, fellowship and short Bible-studies.
»Leadership training meetings
Leadership meetings. Participants need to be able to attend leadership meetings with their teams, the Worship Pastor and the 24-Hour Worship Coordinator as scheduled.
»Punctuality
It is extremely important to be on time for worship times. We especially do not want to be rushing around before services. Instead, we want to have time to prepare our hearts and minds for what the Holy Spirit wants to do in each time slot.

Time Required: Approximately 3-4 hours per week.
Length Of Commitment: One year renewable by mutual agreement.
Training required:
»Life-Giving Worship Seminar
This is a discussion-oriented training seminar on praise and worship. Attendance is required for all team members of the New Life Worship Ministry. The times for the class will be announced at the beginning of the first semester of your involvement in the ministry.
